If you remove the MS on Ruinic it'll be balanced

Udyr is currently broken with these items because. 1) His E gives more % MS 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% for 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3

He has 345 base + 65 from and another + 20 from . This bumps him to 430 Base MS + 10% on and then the E MS. This means he'll get 25%/537.5 MS at min lvl or 45%/623.5 MS at max lvl.

Rito pls remove the MS. The item is good enough without it.

Also the fact that costs 1600 more gold for 40 AP is pretty ridiculous.
