Please make a video stating what Riot is not happy with as far as matchmaking?

i want one of those videos with the Asian guy in the beginning i cant remember his name... anyways yeah with him talking about "matchmaking" this time around i feel as though there is a huge shadow over this topic riot never replies to threads regarding this topic.. i believe the community deserves some clarity on this subject. Please address matchmaking it is terrible.
