Riot: You Crippled Jayce Mid instead of Jayce Top

Jayce Mid / Muramana / Poke Jayce = sacrifices some of his early game power for a stronger mid-game power spike and some late-game scaling Jayce Top = Focuses on using early power to create an insurmountable lead from having a superior matchup in lane phase

Riot: Nerfed the mid, late-game scaling instead of his early power top lane.

I am not happy. Riot, you've taken away the variation in playing Jayce. Not only that, you've taken away the part that wasn't overpicked nor overwhelming. Please undo this. I've written one separate post on how Jayce can be nerfed to reduce his early game power without crippling the variation of him that can be played mid lane. I've also written a post explaining how this nerfed Jayce mid more than Jayce top. Both links are attached below. Both of these have already gained a lot of community attention. What I've suggested is not the only way to nerf Jayce top without significantly damaging his mid lane variation. But in my honest opinion, it is the most effective way.

A few facts for ya: 1). 75 Bonus AD late game 2). Hypercharge W with passive proc 3). Complete sustaining poke 4). Last time I saw Faker play Jayce in competitive, within the past year, I saw him build tear 5). If you're relying on winrates for champion balance, you're doing something wrong. If that's the case, let's just give a bunch of buffs to Ryze and Azir. Hard champions have low winrates. 6). I've had Dyrus copy my runes and masteries before. Pros or the majority of community don't always know what's best for a champion in terms of builds.
