Taliyah should get her mana cost changes reverted

Especially with the lack of any mana or mana regen(manaflow band really sucks) runes come preseason. The need to increase her mana costs just isn't relevant anymore with meditation, and mana runes gone. Meditation being taken out of the mastery system is a big enough nerf as it is.
