Jungle items could use an active, how about vision?

I realised the jungle items only affect smite, which is activated from the summoner spell slot. So the items themselves have room for an active.

Some of the old jungle items (Flare, SoAG) had the abbility to place wards which was really usefull in certain situations. But just placing wards is a bit simple for the new ones and there are other items (Sightstone, Trinket) for that.

So I came up with some new vision type effects:

Trailseeker Shows a trail where enemies have passed recently.

Shows footsteps if an enemy has been walking there. This can be used to chase, or warn if someone entered the area.

Infravision reveals the heat signature of invisible enemies in the area.

A bit like burrowed reksai, escept some orange/yellow blob instead of the seismic indicator. works on bush and stealth, not sure if about walls

Sentinel First activation: calls a sentinel that follows you and seeks out enemies. Second activation: tells the Setinel to remain in one spot.

Think of the Wolf Spirit that guards blue buff jungle, except that you have better control of the position.

Glamour Wards and Sentinels will not be able to see you for a short duration

Not real stealth, more like red trinktet, except that it does not show the wards, so you cannot destroy them. Does work on Wolf Spirit and Kalista Sentinels too. May work on pink wards?

So people, what do you think about these vision effects in general? Should they be put on the Jungle items?

If so, how? they could be used to complement the items (Glamour on Stalker), or to fill a gap (Glamour on Trailblazer)

Personally I'd like to see a double enchant system, where you can choose your smite and your vision effect.

This is relevant, though I like the idea of alternate enchantments for vision as well

uhhh...the active is smite...

When you use chilling smite, do you press 1/2/3 or do you press d/f? It's still a summoner spell.

The items have a passive that changes smite, but not an active.

Well it is drastically altering smite to give it an affect against champions with an extremely low cooldown and multiple charges. I consider it an active even though it may not line up exactly with your definition of an active, jungle items are already very strong and i do not think any "actives" should be added

Well lets agree to they have an "effect", which I actually agree is enough for their price range.

That's why I'd like to see these as a second enchantment, which would cost extra.

I just like to increase the slot efficieny on the items a bit.
