Lee Sin wasn't good when Riot removed the ward jungle item and he isn't good right now even with the buffs.

There was honestly so much more room for strategic and tactical play when everybody didn't have a massive gap closer, and you had to be actually careful because you didn't have a get out of jail free card. Ganking and getting a flash was huge, now it hardly even feels like an accomplishment because they have so much other mobility.

But that's literally not possible, he has double Dashes (Q & W), a Blink (Flash) and on top of all that his base Movement Speed is quite high (345 where most immobile champions movement speed lingers between 325-335).
How do you get away from that exactly?
