I agree shields need some nerfs but nerfing Karma's shield without any compensation buffs doesn't sound right to me. Same thing goes for Orianna. She isn't as weak as Karma but she doesn't deserve nerfs while both are in a bad spot.

nGio1 votesI can tell you that 'normalized' means nerf. When balance teams start throwing around 'normalized', 'reallocated', 'redistributed', etc they're just nicer ways of saying nerf(in most cases).

"We are going to be normalizing shield power. Karma isn't necessarily getting nerfed, because all shields are being streamlined simultaneously. That means she could potentially be even stronger after this normalization!"
See how much nicer that sounds? Diana, Zac, and Kindred aren't bad in Solo Queue, they've just been normalized down to a healthy state.

Number of games that we will destroy is your KARMA of two years having karma under 48% winrate. Best thing is that you can't even ban us for that, because Karma is so weak that all we need to do to die on lane is to trade. The ones who have balls can do it in ranked too. Maybe if her winrate drop under 20%, then maybe they will realize.

Karma is somewhere between being a mage and a support, and she has a knack for doing both a little too well, especially when the enemy clumps up in the mid-to-late game and you can throw out Mantra/Soulfires every few seconds.

OverpoweredSoap1 votesBecause shield stacking and her ability to constantly shit out E and Mantra E especially is frustrating to deal with even if she's not powerful (she does see quite a bit of pro play though so yeah).
She needs a rework, she doesn't have an identity outside of Spam mantra Q early on and then shit out mantra E later on in the game with the rare Mantra Q to try and catch someone who is out of position.
Mantra W at this point is so rarely used (even if it isn't that bad) that it might as well not be in her kit.

Sona has weak heal/shields, nami is one of the least oppressive supps in the game ( a decent heal not strong not weak) and soraka might heal a lot, but it costs her hp.
