Why has Riot reworked Ryze twice but never reworked Ezreal?

Seriously, Ryze was in an OK spot but was hard to balance because of his point and click snare, then after his rework his skill shot Q was made too easy by his point and click snare and might be on the list of possible rework champs again.

Meanwhile, Ezreal has abused several items, keystones, and probably will abuse one of the new runes. And when he's not abusing something, he's low tier or at the very bottom. Why hasn't he been reworked yet?

Being a year older doesn't warrant 2 reworks to Ezreal's 0 when Ezreal has been a "useless unless abusing" champion.

It's because people like to pretend that ryze takes skill (despite still being point and click) I mean, how hard is it to land a skill shot on a rooted target? Also because people hate on ezreal, and the fact that riot cannot balance this game to save their lives, its always tier 1 tier 2 tier 3 tier 4 and crap tier. I realize that perfect balance is impossible, but we can do a lot better than "the powerlevel is so messed up that if you pick anything outside of the meta you get reported and chewed out by your team"

Pretty much =/ people mock Ryze for his low winrate but tbh he's strong as hell, it's just that his ult is bad in solo queue.

His damage isn't trash, also most of those loses are Bjerg I think.

Ezreal is well designed.

All of Ryze's iterations including the current one have been trainwrecks.

Looks to me like item 1412 this time around. At one point it was item 3025 and at another point it was Runeglaive, that item that was removed instead of him being changed.

This is just a nerf disguised as a rework, if we want to be honest about it.

Getting a major part of his kit removed is a rework, albeit a small one.

They never called it a rework. They were like "His heal is broken so we have to remove it" they didn't sugarcoat it at all.

Yes, actually they DID in fact call it a REWORK (see above) please, if you are going to respond and try to correct someone, at least actually read the thread before doing so.

Ezreal has never "abused" a single keystone And he has been a decent pick for most of his existence which most which does not include "abusing something"
