This is pretty retarded. A champion shouldn't be balanced around the enemy team having downs syndrome.

Nerf Ekko's ult to shit (because only drooling retards are hit by it) and up the rest of his damage so he can actually kill carries, not just bring them to 40% health and promptly die as he eats unmitigated damage from them while trying to escape.

Sorry, but whoever decided a kit that relies entirely on the enemy team having zero awareness and tunnel visioning is okay shouldn't be designing champions.

the problem being, his ult has a large radius and is an instant reset for any mistake, then of course there's his stun.
