I mean, If you play Kha'Zix maybe. But what do you expect for a hard counter, and even then post 6 Kha'Zix can fight him, and outscales WAY harder.

Lee has been out of the top picks since February, and is almost unviable ever since mid March.

His Q does act funky. If you hide behind a minion, sometimes it will prioritize you and lock on to you anyways.

While I can't speak on that, I have noticed that MANY skill shots sometimes just pass through people. This has happened once when a Morgana on my team used her Q and for me a lot when a Xerath used his E. It also happened a bit with a Jayce Q. Strange...

Also this should probably be in Report a Bug.
