When Rengar dies during the activation of the R, His final must unfold completely before going on CD, so you have to wait all the stealth part, all M. speed part and only after 12 seconds finally the R goes on cd. it's not about the cd if you die using the r, it's about the delay of R in going on cd if you active it just before Rengar's death. In fact you must wait all stealth part, all M.speed part and then, after 12 sec, the R goes on cd

Rengar's ult is meant to be fucking nothing, really. It was used as an escape tool, so they nerfed that so his invis would be super delayed if he tried to use it that way. It was used as an engage, so they nerfed it so people get a huge exclamation mark on top of them if he's anywhere near their side of the map when he uses it. At this point, it's a shitty dash that causes you to generate Ferocity, nothing more.
kDrakari4 votesAm I right in saying that the ult goes on CD immediately after using the leap in normal use? If so, then I would call this change more about "consistency" than quality of life. In other words, Rengar's ult goes on CD after the effect ends CONSISTENTLY, regardless of what ended it. Of course, saying "after the effect ends" meaning the actual useful affect rather than a MS buff and invisibility on a corpse.
If the ult takes 12 seconds after the invisibility starts to go on CD no matter what you do in the meantime, then that 12 seconds is just part of the CD and it doesn't make sense to remove it.
