Somehow bringing back the unique support actives.

If you were here in season 6, you would remember when was on , was on and you basically had Rakan's passive + ally shield on .

The first thing was, it made supports have to throw their gold at a useful active rather than damage, meaning high damage supports were rarely seen.

Of course I can't say that without mentioning the infamous ruby sightstone, because with it you're at a massive damage disadvantage and without it you're basically facechecking everything.

Anyways, the support items would grant something so game changing for most supports it was amazing.

And secondly, since we have Runes Reforged; precisely the rule-breaking section of Inspiration, we could make a rune such as "Permanently increase your ward count by 1 ( Does not count towards Control Wards )" and bring the unique support actives back.
