for how strong Braum's passive is, I can't say it feels sufficiently fair to play against
particularly when mid-end game comes around, but really any point in the game provided he's got the right teammate(s). writing this because I've been spamming Braum to fix my MMR curse this season and he feels really under-radar nuts, actually disgusting how good he is
He's great at setting up picks with his ranged Q and peeling/disrupting with ult, good at eating ranged harass with shield, but then he's also got his passive, where it's basically guaranteed you're gonna get stunned if you're near him at all. I had a Fizz E my ult, Q away from my Q to get on my ADC, so then I'd just W back to them and auto Fizz and just like that, all his actual skill expression put into avoiding my peel, out the door because I right clicked him, so what should have been a clean kill turned into him trading himself for my much-less-fed ADC after being collapsed on and gibbed before the stun wears off.
i can't say braum feels fair to play against, he counters so much and gets countered by so little. dont feel like either iteration of PBE nerfs are addressing the real problem. lol
but aoe ground effects that don't start as projectile are good for against him
