Bard's position as a champion.

He is a support, and he is encouraged to leave lane. As the game stands right now, with the supports that are meta, you simply can't do that. Yes, I'm angry because I just played a game with Bard as my support, but that doesn't change the fact that it's and issue. I was Miss Fortune and we were against an Annie and Draaaaaaaaven. He was in lane less than half of the laning phase. I managed to even have a score of 2 0 1 with a good combo with Amumu(our jg), without Bard anywhere near. But I still got out-farmed and shut out of lane. The Draaaaaaaaaaaven with a massive gold lead destroyed me for the rest of the game. The Bard blamed me for the loss, and was angry that I had a bit of salt in me.

But I'm not here to just complain on the forums, because that gets nothing done. I think Bard needs encouragement to be where he needs to be when he needs to be there. I think at the beginning of the game there should be fewer chimes to collect, and they should be very near him. During the laning phase there should be multiple chimes placed in dragon pit, or other places that should be warded. During the late game there should be more chimes where the majority of his team is.
