The cycle of meta continues.

ADCs were once the go-to pick. But a role called assassin walked in and started to 1-shot the little marksman.

And as the assasins got fatter and fatter, tanks started to show who really has the bulk in the game.

And while mages are still pretty much in the gutter waiting for their update, tanks and assassins are going to fight for superiority until some of the mages can step in and replace the assassins in the cycle.

If I can recall, this is the same thing that happened last season. Cinderhulk released and tanks took the spotlight until it was nerfed. As soon as it was, mages and assassins took the spotlight again.
