Can we please at least get some discussion on why she's being left in this state? She's been bad for months and she just keeps slipping further and further down the rankings. How bad does she need to get before she gets some help?
You don't even need to give her flat buffs. Just do something about the extraordinary amount of longstanding bugs she has.

The people with lower winrates are Kassadin, Elise and LeBlanc. Elise currently has buffs being worked on, Kassadin is still seeing moderate competitive play and people hate him so it's difficult to convince Riot to buff him, and LeBlanc only just hit that winrate, and could be buffed up soon.
Kassadin could probably do with some slight buffs, LeBlanc probably won't go long without help and Elise is getting help right now. After that comes Syndra, who unlike LeBlanc has been terrible for a long time and unlike Kassadin isn't seeing competitive play/extremely difficult to balance.
Syndra's not the worst champ in the game but she's the worst champ that I can ask for buffs for.
Razorex2 votesThe only thing I ask from Riot is the bug fixes, and by god there are many bugs to be fixed. Gamebreaking buggs too, last game Ive experienced one where I couldn't press R and select my target. Maybe give her Q +10 damage or +50 range, since right now Syndra is in a high risk medium reward scenario. There are champions that outrange and outdamage you while being WAY more safe. As Syndra you have to dance 24-7 arround the rift to dodge everything that comes at you, land all your abilities other wise you're useless and you're squishy as hell once you get caught you're dead, like I said very high risk medium reward.
But for god's sake fix her countless bugs, I also can't believe that Riot has let her in this state for so long...

Yeah but there is other stuff supporting those champs being good. Azir for example is probably the single best mid laner in competitive play, and Riot themselves have said that they don't think Ryze needs to be weaker, they just need his abusive playstyle to go. Syndra, unlike Azir, hasn't had any success in competitive play to make up for her failures in solo q. And considering she's a textbook example of a high skillcap champion, that's a sign that something's wrong.

Last time I checked Azir or Ryze had no problems like that.

They were suppose to create a team to specifically look into Syndra's code, but that's been like 2 weeks ago and no word since.

Last time Syndra was strong she had a banrate around 5-7%. Regardless of your personal thoughts on her, she's not a champion that causes problems the second she's viable.
Her laning may have been oppressive but they destroyed that with the Q nerf. They can give her power in other areas aside from lane bullying.
