I have 31 hextech keys

Soul Dealer··1 votes·605 views

And nothing to do with them. I don’t have money to spend on chests right now and I have a small champion pool of about 2-3 champs per role and some roles over lap champs so altogether I have about 9 champs I can get chests on and have gotten chests on 7 of them already. I cannot get more chests with the same champions so what am I supposed to do with all of these keys.

Buy more champions or buy chests with RP. At the end of the day the Hextech system is completely free and having excess items is kind of expected, Riot wants us to buy RP to fill in the gaps.
