Ap, ad, or tank eve.

Eve is an ap assasin who can also build ad. Ap is just straight up burst but requires you to get a huge lead so you can enough gold for your first item and you are squisshy. Like if you get a triple kill lvl 3 bot off of a gank/countergank. Ad is eve is cheaper and provides sustain damage but you are still kind of fragile but not as much as ap. Tank eve still deals quite a bit of damage but nowhere nearly as much as ap and is a bit lower than ad eve but you can take some extra damage but the damage is nothing to sneeze at. All 3 builds use protobelt from what I can see. So which is better. I probably build tank for 6.22 until the dust settles.

I like to go early AP into sort of a movespeed build, so that I can just run around and catch people out/kite people in fights.

If fed: AP If the game goes past 30 minutes: off-tank If the game goes past 50 minutes: tank If you want to be one of those guys like old ap rengar: AD.

She's a snowball champion who falls off so off tank is the usual way to go. This is why a lot of eve takes dark seal at some point.

I wanna call AD more trolly like AP shaco jungle, its just an option if you team is full AP but there are much much better options to pick your jungler as if you need an AD.
