Is this build viable on Ekko?

okay, I realize it takes a bit of gold to get started, but let's say you get a level 1 pentakill from an invade and another level 2 pentakill because the enemy team invaded again. assuming you get consistent 15 cs/minute and 3 kills/minute after that (which you should if you're any good at the game), you should be full build by the 18 minute mark. I mean, if you're having a really crappy game, I guess you might not get to full build, but I think this build is 100% viable and idk why all the pros aren't using it. Thoughts?
