@Meddler Small early jungle clear buff for Evelynn?
Can her passive scare whatever monster she attacks upon breaking stealth? like a 0.50 - 0.75 sec fear duration only when breaking stealth? (Single target only.)
It makes no sense thematically that none of the monsters aren't frightened at all of her.
Her early game clear is so bad and you recently nerfed mediation along with the other masteries like bounty hunter etc she could surely use some breathing room very early and not be so vulnerable to monsters?
