There is a reason Riot named him the Master of Metal. Riot gave him so much 4th wall breaking power that he bugged their metal hardware and Riot decided they had to nerf him in-game to balance it out.

i dont know how this post got upvote, every champ can kill scuttle, if you kill it 2 time it will completely be removed from game
