[Suggestions] Grievous wounds Items that have counter-play.
So Riot are willing to implement Grievous wound into the game, but perhaps not as champions(because they have been removed mostly) http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/10/red-post-collection-balance-team-q-2.html
So here are some of my suggestions.
Martyrs Gambit
Build:
+ 
+ 900 g = 2500G
Stats: +800 health +100% base health regeneration
Unique passive: When this unit is hit down to 50% health dark energy will be released and surround the champion for 5 seconds. Any enemy champion standing inside the circle gains the de-buff "Grievous wounds". Internal cooldown: 1 minute.
Doused Blades
Build
+ 
+ + = total cost 2850
Stats
+65 attack damage UNIQUE: +10 cooldown reduction. UNIQUE: +10 armor penetration
UNIQUE ACTIVE: Upon activation send a blade towards target location(skillshot) and lose 20 attack damage for every knife you throw(total -60). You can have up to 3 blades in your inventory and it takes 45 seconds to regenerate each knife. If a knife hits an enemy champion that champion will suffer from grievous wounds effect for 5 seconds. You become immune to doused blade for 1 minute after being affected by it.
