What the hell's going on?

Only in ranked, it's the last 8+ games in a row where the enemy team has stomped every other lane and just ended by 25 minutes. This can't be me by any stretch because it's always everyone on the enemy team. My team hasn't been positive in probably a dozen games. How do I stop this?

At first I thought it was stupid to think that Riot would queue people on a losing streak up with other people on a losing streak, but now I'm really starting to question. I don't play ranked much so this is probably 1/4 of all of the ranked game's I've played where my entire team has just shit their pants and it's absolutely impossible not to tilt.

After 8 games then it's not bad luck

If I were the only one feeding, that would be understandable, but it's not. Literally all lanes just take a great big shit in their pants well before I ever die.

When you win a game you get matched with people who are less likely to win When you win that game you are matched with people who are even less likely to win.

This goes on and on until you get promoted to the next level

If you can win with the worst of your rank on your team then you are ready to win against the worst of the next rank perhaps.

That's just how the system works, after you win some games the game will mess with you but then after that if you keep winning even a few times then it will raise your mmr significantly during its descent and stabilization.

But then that doesn't necessarily mean our LP will be much better but your teammates will gradually get smarter
