Well, China has the most lax copyright laws of any nation. In China, no one really owns anything as afaik as long as you're not using the exact same name, you can basically do whatever you want from ripping music, models, animations, textures, code or anything else you can think of.

eh. I thought it was because they were out of the countires that made it like they got tons of boot leg figures and iphones and etc that companies weren't in china. But Since some shitty china company bought league didn't think this would happen.
