So many champs there that could easily have their ult costs reduced without any balance problems appearing. Draven, Karthus, Orianna, Pantheon, Singed, Skarner, Twisted Fate, Twitch, Veigar, Warwick, Zilean and Zyra could all use it without going over the top. I'd say Talon and Teemo too but idk what to do with theirs cos they'd have to be increased at least for one stage and that's a nerf.

Who the hell decides "yes, this ult definitely needs to cost 120 mana at all ranks", lol.

Singed ult at the very least should not cost mana or have a very low mana cost. It gives mana regen, but it's completely nullified by that high cost, especially at rank 1.

Kinda like the same thing with old Soraka when her mana recovery spell used to cost mana.

Overall tough, they need to standardize more ult mana costs.

Teemo's doesn't need to be normalized to 100 because he places individual shrooms. Its not really an ultimate.

I feel like he's gonna get nerfed soon so it probably won't happen but yeah, upvoted. His ult's cost is ridiculous.

Amumu ult has a huge cooldown as well. Which is fine I guess (higher than Sejauni's)

you want to lessen his mana costs when he has a huge aoe pacifying ultimate? are you crazy? he's already strong as all hell right now in solo queue. reducing the mana cost on his ult at later ranks leaves more windows for him to ult you and your team, and means he has to worry less about leaving his toggle %health on. no.
