I am wondering how people are experiencing the changes to rift herald. I had a particular nasty situation where I was Poppy verus GP and Xin who powerpushed 2 turrets around the 10 minute mark with the help of herald. The concept is really cool, but top lane is now more vulnerable once the herald has been obtained. It might need some tweaking but the idea is really cool.

If the old rift herald buff was used correctly and given to a top laner like shen for example, he could easily split push right to the inhib and take two turrets anyways while dominating his lane. He could also keep the buff for team fights.
Kivolan1 votesHerald is way too friggen easy now for the pushing power it gives. Xin solo'd it at the 9:00 minute mark or so and then pushed two mid turrets with Viktor.
But we still won. ;)

This one gives a good momentum and adds a powerspike to the team which got it.

The pushing power it gives is really game changing. Not even just the pushing power because you can channel it for a team fight and you have the whole mordekaiser and his dragon thing again... omg I hope rito didn't give morde the power to take rift too... double rift would be terrifying :(
But seriously, it feels busted. You can summon it whenever and wherever, and yeah maybe overall it might be a nerf to what it was but the power it holds to push objectives or to change the pace of the game is actually immense.
