Can ALL Health Regen And Mana Regen Do This...?

I would REALLY like it if you mouse over the regen items that they actually tell you how much regen they give; and every mana regen and health regen stat on every item and not some of them state how much health and mana regen they give...\

p.s. I am not talking about the shop, and even in the shop not every item tells how much regen the item gives which is really annoying- but I am talking about the items you have so you can quickly mouse over them and see how much health/mana regen the item gives
