i've had 4 straight games with a riven top

and in 3 of those games the riven did TERRIBLE.

they never switch off of riven regardless of the matchup, and generally end up sucking.

please silver players, stop playing riven.

riven is such a broken champ especially early game if someone loses as riven they are either playing against someone good or they are a fucking idiot

Shes probably the latter then. I used to be a nasus main, and yes Nasus can win, but if Nasus messes up even once riven has so much broken burst, CC, knockup, stun, mobility that she can start killing him under his tower.

Well she should lose to Nasus. Most competent Nasus players CRUSH Riven. I have no idea why people think she is a counter to him. 100 stacks and sheen and he can kill her repeatedly. His ultimate is on a lower cooldown so he can kill her got back to lane and then ult again and kill her 2x.

Riven is getting a lot of play at the moment. She is one of the most played top laners right now in Plat or higher elo. No idea why. I don't think she fits any comp, maybe she is a counter to other frequently played top laners.

Maybe? I think Riven is a high skill cap champion and most people in Silver and Bronze completely stink with her. I see some gold Rivens that are decent, but they also have a hard time coming back from behind.

She is a snowball champion that needs early kills to remain a threat. Most platinum Riven's are pretty solid and pull of her combos really well.
