@Riot, Teleport's Future

SO, you've talked about bringing back Boot Enchants in the future, and you guys have always been worried about split pushing becoming too dominant a strat because of how spread objectives are, and how strong split pushers can generally 1v1, and yada yada typical balancing issues.

What if you removed TP as a summoner spell and brought back the TP boot enchant? That would allow you to better balance TP as an effect because it would be a part of the game that eveyrone has access to.
