After all these years, why does Riot still not listen to the community about allowing brand new champions into ranked on the first week? It's unfair to both teams. No one has figured out how Swain really works yet, except for the people who have spammed him in blind pick for the last couple days.
Ban him, problem solved.
Theoratically seen he isn't brand new, Swain has been around for a long ass time
The thing is that nobody should tell a guy what he should be playing and what not. Otherwise you might as well just make meta champs available to be picked.
You can also ask him NICELY that you would rather want him to not pick Swain and don't just ban his champ because then he is going to go disco Nunu mid and you would wish to have a normal Swain.
