Bring back banner of command?

I cant belive that period when they kept changing it. After all that they just removed it. I litterally enjoyed using that item and they just gave up on it. Guess I’ll just build full damage like everyone else

It was removed because os its toxic interaction with baron buff. When it was still around, a melee minion buffed by banner and baron had 92.5% damage reduction.

Irelia, yasuo, Rengar... and so on, are still in the game, altough beeing toxic, or having toxic interactions. Still they are there, why wouldnt be banner?
