This base and scaling are higher than some mages ultimates...

Imagine if could actually manage to proc both sides of damage on her E she could potentially one shot more than one champion if she went full AP.

I mean you can cast Q and E at the same time which will slow them, and potentially having them take the double damage.

It's on a long CD and takes a decent chunk of mana and it's pretty easy to walk out of it. Most sorakas level it last.

Soraka E also doesn't do any damage to monsters and minions, only champions. She also doesn't have any other sources of damage outside of Q and E, so her total burst is only gonna be 690 (+115% AP) if she lands both parts of E and one Q.

You're making me want to try maxing e first....

I know it's a bad idea but you make me hope someone is stupid enough to stand in it. It's typically cast in front of the player in the direction they are trying to run OR used defensively under you/your adc.

Don't max it first, even with high base damage it's kinda bad without AP I just tested it out.

yeah q is better for trades, w for passive. I've always wanted to delete people though!

I guess that's why Brand and Veigar are my backup supports haha
