I think Lp loss should be minimal when you are doing a great game

There is no reason you should lose Rp when :

You make a great game, have a nice CS, A good KDA and a good vision score, you took objectives, you even tried to help and gank. I mean if we have a mix of these.

if :

There are trolls : trolls are people which lock in another role they are supposed to play, people which try things without the approval at least of 60% of the team, people dying intentionnally.

Ping issues

you should get minimal losses like -2 LP and not more.

a kind of system like that would help to sort quickly players... It would even remove some salt from players...

And surely that would mean less LP gained(like +3) when your metrics are bad in victory. To balance the LP

Then you encourage a breed of KDA players who go around killing everyone instead of taking objectives and you end up losing more games because your carry doesn't care about losing or winning.

This results in discouraging players from any action that isn't quantified that might help the team.

Such as sacrificing yourself so that more important members of your team don't die.

If I'm not wrong, you actually lose less MMR when you play well. So, if you consistently play well, you'll eventually start winning and climbing. You just need to figure out why the loss happened on your end. Yeah, trolls suck, but there's definitely something everyone can do better every game. win or lose, troll or no.
