Fiddle is so irrelevant these days its not funny. Are you warding? his E doesn't bounce and his fear has a really short range now. Sounds like a lack of wards. Kat is easily countered by cc, any displacement or silent stops her ult. Fiddle isn't even easy to play, he's a comfort pick for some people. The jungle items aren't even good for him.

If anything Fiddle needs buffing. He has one of the worst waveclears in the game. His fear isn't long enough to kill anyone until level 3 and that is only if you have your drain level 3 or higher. So you have to be at least level 7 to win a fight 90% of the time. And let's not even talk about how he is the squishiest champ in the game if you can cancel his drain.
