yeah I mean you practically take 2 ticks of tibbers every time she ults you lol. the tibbers alone still does like 1k damage late game if you don't have flash.

annie is very strong and probably needs nerfs. for a simplistic champion she should generally be less viable in high elo sorta like garen but her aa range is too long. and her bear shouldn't be instantaneous. or simply reduce the stun duration.
