Get mastery seven on all of the champs in the game.

Yeah they put that in there for people like you, even though it dicked over 95% of the player base with another damn IP sink.

except things like mastery have absolutely no in-game impact other than a pretty flair.

Also, those hextech champion tokens can let you fill out your champion roster even cheaper (3 tokens cost 5100 IP, so long as you own all 4800 IP or less champions you will always reroll the 3 shards into a new 6300 IP champ, or a 1200 IP off sale in trade for it being random (among champs you don't own, that is.)

Blue essence is easy... just level up champ masteries

IP just spam buy chromas when they go on IP sales
