Loss Forgiven should not count as a loss for your promos

Promos are already bad enough with creating stress and toxicity, having a best of 3s or best of 5s loss that you do not deserve is the absolute worse.

The problem is people would ride promos off loss forgiven triggers (myself included) so they'd have to also revoke wins during these periods.

But the circumstance does not happen enough, and if the game is distorted and you lose because of it then you should not get a loss in your promos; besides during loss forgiven ranked is disabled - so it would only be applicable for that one game where people are disconnecting and cannot play because of the servers

I remember very clearly playing 4 games and winning a best of 3 promo because of a loss forgiven. I'm pretty sure it already doesn't count as a loss.

well then it wasnt active cause ranked would have been disabled, because it would be a one game thing - you most likely either played a best of 5 or two games, got in promos for best of 3s, then completed the best of 3s --- but there will be no situation where you can play a full series with loss forgiven active, there has never been a time like this

I said because of "a" loss forgiven, not the entire series.

->I was 1-1 in promos ->Played a game ->Loss Forgiven turned on during the game. ->Lost the game, received Loss Forgiven. ->Play ranked again the next day, win promo.

sometimes they turned ranked into a normal queue during that time, so you get a normal lost - it was not actually ranked --- something else was in play either you are not remembering correctly or Riot did something during that time; or game of record went missing meaning if the game does not exist it does not count as anything so you would remember playing a game and losing, but the game disappeared and never existed so it would not count as a loss (or win), but since you lost anyways it worked out in your favour

I am not remembering incorrectly. I very clearly remember talking to my friend about getting an extra game to complete my promo because one of the losses turned into Loss Forgiven.

Ranked games turning into Loss Forgiven happened quite often during the spree of DDoS attacks last season. It wasn't uncommon to have promos extended because of it; it happened to a couple of my friends as well.
