His passive is nearly non-existent besides moving through minions and mitigating their aggro, his W having passive and non-scaling % missing HP makes his tank builds infuriating, and an enormous amount of his power budget is put entirely into his E.
He's not even impossible to fight- I beat a Fizz as freaking Anivia- but he can be pretty infuriating.

SkyblazeHydraX31 votesI'm admittedly a little hypocritical at times. Fizz absolutely infuriates me when he gets ahead, but at the same time I love assassins, and I actually do enjoy playing Fizz.
....That, and I literally own half of his skins XD
But yeah that Anivia game was my second of not just the day but... I think the second time I'd played her in several months. Compared to having a string of recent Fizz games, I think I just had better perspective on his timing and the like. Also helps that Anivia + Thunderlords is horrifyingly obscene damage.
