Interesting question about new Skin line.
I get that Midorya gets his "Legendary skin" (Oh I meant Ezreal)
But he already has an Ultimate skin, and several close to Legendaries......
Why didn't Riot take this opportunity to create Legendary skins for other champions, like Katarina, whose skin arguably looks far more like a Legendary skin?
Oh Right. Ezreal already gets a 30% Pick rate, so we don't want to detract from him.
