Because people like me want to FF when it's 5 vs 20, 15 minutes in the game. Why do people insist on dying over and over again just to get hit with a loss anyway? I would reserve preserve my KDA so it doesn't look as bad after a loss.

spamming surrenders is not punishable. the chat if toxic obviously is reportable.

Otherwise you are correct. It is wrong to report someone for saying, 'Can we please surrender? This game is not fun anymore and I don't think we can win.'
