How much longer do we need to wait for Sylas to actually be brought into line?
His kit is overloaded, period. Just nerfing numbers isn't doing anything.
He needs to have something completely removed, preferably the healing. It's not necessary.

He is not overloaded at all he needs most of his kit since he items are bad and he is suppose to stay in fights like his w would be the worst ability in the game without his heal and the shield on his e makes up for it not doing a lot of damage since he can still trade with the shield on. So no he is not overloaded in any way.
