does anyone else feel like dark harvest does nothing
I honestly dont even notice it doing any damage at all. And late game when I compare the damage between thunderlords it sucks.

Tails90161 votesI take it on damage oriented junglers, and let me tell you, it is BROKEN.
You kill someone, and instead of waiting for 50-25 seconds (Electrocute cooldown), you burst the next guy in under a second. It allows you to have more burst throughout a fight, as oppose to the one time use of Electrocute. However, if all you need is that one time use, to kill their ADC for example, then Electro would be better (assuming you don't accidentally proc it on the tank or something).
Of course with someone like

, everyone dies regardless, so Electrocute is fine on champs like them for lane pressure.
