Volibear buffs? Lol nah. Let him suffer.
call peta
- I WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN
and
don't need buffs, they need reworks. The whole "run like a monkey and hit/flip people" gameplay design is toxic af and there's no room for any skill expression whatsoever. It's never good to completely balance a champ around their movement speed.
Because Nasus and Garen offer such viable counterplayble with less toxic designs.
CC and kiting
QSS and wards in bushes
Now, tell me, in all honesty, how that makes ANY sense compared to what I was replying to? Udyr and Volibear, by that nature, would have the seem counterplay. All 4 of them are stat check champions that involve simply running up to a person and trying to stick on them.

In fact i think its the opposite, the reason these champs seem to "suck" is because people dont understand how to pull off an engage without being teleported by some ability right under their enemy's feet.
To me, poor play on them shows lack of skill, not the other way around.
My brother is a diamond voli one trick and still gets flamed for winning :D. its popularity with voli, hes not flashy so peeps deem him shitty. When in fact he has one of the most consistent level 3 ganks in the game
Yeah, usually when I see an Udyr or Volibear, they tend to kick but. They really don't need buffs.
buff or
nerf
sterak buff for sure

sterak buff for sure
as long as it makes
stronger, its gonna be underpowered

Tri-Sheen right now is being used the most by my man
And it fucking hurts.
Nah
they can now be combined into one item
Steraks stone plate 500hp 50 armor 50 mr 50% base ad Now grants a 75% bonus hp shield everytime more then one enemy comes near and it doubles your resistances and base ad if you take damage, because you shouldn't take damage and you should punch people who tickle you
The active now doubles your hp permanently and for a while turns you golden and untargetable but you can still move around and cast shit and trample people, until out of combat
Wukong needs a rework #NeverForget
make him a juggernaut
*assassin (single targeted)
no more monkey dash
nerf susan hehe

u wouldn't nerf a pupper, would u?
i... w... aight aight ill let it slide for now :]
ps nerf mages hehe
honestly, they should just revert him to the way he was just before the juggernaut patch hit.
The crystal venom version of Skarner was really fun to play, didn't have the "cancer" permaslow, and had none of the gimmicky mini games in the current version.
For those of you who weren't around...
Passive caused spell hits to apply Crystal Venom. At 3 stacks, your next AA dealt magic damage and stunned.
E didn't prime the stun like on live, but instead just applied a single stack of Venom.
R consumed all stacks of Crystal Venom on the target to deal an assload of bonus damage.
I agree, skarner was never a favorite of mine but his last iteration was the most enjoyable
You know, when I hear juggernaut, I think "that class that is considered useless if it's not Darius". But I forgot Cho now counts as one and Olaf, Trundle and Nasus I didn't think of either. (though Nasus is kinda questionable)
But really, I wouldn't call Singed a juggernaut. And Skarner is in pause until he gets reworked into a vanguard.
Singed actually fits the Juggernaut descriptor very well. Juggernauts are kitable, tanky, and deal a lot of damage, and you need to keep distance from them.
Singed is the same, except instead of kiting him running towards you, you need to kite him running away from you. Keep him in one place.
Also, fuck everything, Skarner always was the Juggernaut descriptor in every kit he's ever had and I'll be damned if I stop playing him that way.
skarner is a van guard hehe
Once I make enough gold in the jungle for my Triforce I'm gonna get you.
takes your birds
hehe

Not exactly, if you're squishy and can't melt him yet, you gotta kite him the normal way, otherwise he'll hit you with repeated high damage E's which flip you into poison that still hurts like hell even when you don't stay in it.
Then he'll run around you, clipping you with poison every 2 seconds but because of how it works you still take full damage.

Still sounds Juggernauty.
Still sounds Juggernauty.
Agreed, I'm just saying that you'll still be kiting away from him most of the time, since if you don't, he'll surround you with poison, which is the real threat.
You kite away from the poison so you don't take a shit ton of damage. You kite away from Singed so you don't get flipped into the poison and take damage while you're at it.

need buffneed VGU except Udyr has his VU behind a paywall -![]()
Fixed that one for you.
no, mine was correct
Ew no, Volibear and Udyr bearly (hehe xd) have counter play as it is when they miraculously get ahead. Just a minor buff to them could break them.
oh
wow
guess
those
types
shouldn't
be viable lol
oh wait half of these champs don't even need to get ahead to have 'no counterplay' they just need to wait 20 minutes and then they'll win
Yea I never understood why
having 3 dashes that resets on assits and kills is "balanced", save for the fact that she has insane sustain in lane.
are the unholy trinity of "lul I win if I get
"
It is in lieu of a major damage ult. Sure, it does some damage, but it's not exactly a huge amount. And while, yes, three ults do a LOT of damage, you will probably have to burn a charge or two on other units to get to your main target, and the 2 second CD means that you need a four second window to get three charges off on a single target (since Akali doesn't prioritize CDR in her builds),
The recharge is painfully slow without those resets. If her target doesn't die after she burns her dashes getting to them, she will likely die before she gets another shot.
It's targeted, so she can't use it to escape without some conveniently positioned creeps/monsters.
^This.
People don't realize that mobility ultimates, especially those on low cooldowns or with multiple charges, tend to have little damage. And even if they do have damage, you usually expend part of that damage to get within range of your target. Ahri's ultimate does okay damage (about the same as her W), but you waste at least one charge getting in range. Akali's ultimate does...well...just a bit more than her W (her zero-damage shroud), and you (usually) waste a charge getting in range. Diana's is decent damage, and you usually don't have to waste a charge (as you don't want to ult to anyone you haven't Q'd first), but has a maximum of two consecutive uses.
Kass is the only high-damage one I can think of, but you'll run out of mana absurdly quickly on him if you use it for damage.
Kog maw never builds stattik. He builds BORK+Hurricane
Completely immobile, extremely squishy. Kog isn't problematic, it's all the non-unique heal/shield amp in the support items.
Is irrelevant past early game if he loses lane or goes even, and is irrelevant past mid game even if he wins lane.
Reset reliant and squishy. Can't CS under tower because of E passive, so get a CS advantage with that and use it to win midgame fights. Trist is too strong right now, but that's mostly support items again.
Literally just stay away from him.
Interrupt dashes. Deny resets. Abuse her early game, but don't take shitty trades. Catch her with a single CC and she's dead in a late game fight.
Kog's kit without numbers is okay but he has a crap ton of his power budget and damage in his Q>auto them to death and back
is fine, he's a lane bully that just needs to get all 5 autos and then bam they're dead.
does not need a buff, because her tentacles base damage is dumb that it can do a quarter-health to a tank with only
and her healing could be something thats need to be remove or nerf.
- balance, but i don't mind if he needs buffs
-the mini-rework on his Q, W ruined him, plus his kit is old, will need a rework.
- Remind me, what does he do? :D
- Riot ruin him when they try to make him a melee ADC for bot, He needs to be rework again, but has to go back either top or mid where he used to excel at.
Illaoi is suddenly strong? "Quarter-health to a tank with only
" Are we even playing the same game?
Illaoi is suddenly strong? "Quarter-health to a tank with only

Since when did doing 1/4 health with your ult become strong?
Her ult damage without tentacles is almost non-existent anyway.
A tank without chainmail isn't going to tank 1/4 their health from one tenti slap.
mrodekaiser is mostly played top , he only needs some mouvement speed adjustments and his W to not be team dependent
