I'm afraid to play me promos

So I come from low iron and managed to climb myself up to bronze 1 promos to silver.

I won 1 match and need to win 2 more but i have huge anxiety about this. I tend to get the worst trolls in my promos. The last promo game was almost ruined by 2 trollers who admitted they were trolling/inting and playing first time champ and going 2/14 stuff like that. We managed to win I dont know how.

But I really want to get into silver and I also get tons and tons of afk people in my team always nearly every day. Past week I had 5 ranked games lost because my teammate went afk early in game and never came back. What should I do ? i want to survive me promos but I'm afraid its going to be clown fiesta and now I don't want to play
