I open up the Disruption Cache, because I wanted the chance for that Ashe skin. I get THE ONLY PROJECT SKIN I OWN. And that's Project: Yasuo. I mean, I guess it's kinda funny, but still, thas no bueno rito games ;-;

I believe that it said in the description of the DISRUPTION Cache that this didn't pertain to Ashe, Ekko, or Kat. Just the older Project Skins.

What the furious flying Teemo are you smoking at this point?

It's bad enough you're holding a blatant money grubbing ploy to weasel people out of more money than they should NEED to give you at this point, which sucks due to the fact that we all know you're getting away with it, but on top of that you make the disruption cache useless?

It's fine, it's fine, maybe I can at least break down the Project Skin Shard I just got into materials, or perhaps even reroll it with other skin shar-

... It's a FREE chance at a skin. Are people actually raging that they didn't get a FREE thing of there choosing. Last time I checked this chest didn't cost you any money/and even if it did. CHESTS are random... always have been.

It's more than the "Free Skin" Spiel. It's more along the lines of "Use your FREE cores on this random project skin, spend even more money to get First Strike."

I wouldn't even be mad if I could reroll the blueprint with other skin shards, or even disenchant it for materials. You can't. This "Free Skin" is exempt from the rules of Hextech that have already been in place.

So. Riot's pretty much saying "F*ck you."
