Please tell me these PBE balance changes are coming out in 4 weeks and not 2
Please Riot don't release these extreme buffs to all AD users and assassins while current runes exist. That will be the most miserable 2 weeks EVER.
In other news, when can we expect mage buffs and stat adjustments? Also Mages should get their base health increased or HP per level increased to make up for the lack of HP/level runes. How else are we supposed to survive these assassins with how OP electrocute and Coup De Grace(10% increased damage to low HP targets lol) are going to be.
