can we give lulu the janna treatment?

trim away at her entire kit. why does her shield last longer then janna's? why was janna's cdr pev lvl on W removed but lulu's isnt? janna is the most tame champ and lulu is just cancer intensified with lane pressure and piss easy to play unless you have a fat 2002 mouse where your only way of failing is by misclicking on minions due to a fat 2002 mouse

i play lulu before anyone says "some1 just got owned by a lulu eh"? it aint funny being 8-0 and all lulu doing is pressing W and denying ur entire kit (not counting R+E and items)
