I would like to just have his unstoppable back. Adds some interesting mechanical play to him.

I picked Rammus top today into a Tryndamere and did alright. The thing about tanks is, you never really notice how useful they are until your team doesn't have one but the enemy team does. Sometimes a bulky dude who can soak up the pain for ~3 seconds is all it takes to win a fight.
