With smart play you can get a 3rd camp, but barely. If you get invaded, lolgg.

do you get W at lvl 2?? you're supposed to do this even bfor the changes.... and where are your attack speed runes? wtf... yi prolly has best clear

Meditate barely gives you a third camp.

I just did yi jungle 29% AS, 7.5% cdr(Blues) and armor yellows... I got Q first, E lvl 2(got a good leash) then cleared red and wraiths then got W. I cleared up to blue then i had to back to base

No he doesn't lol I cleared my 3 camps with 1 pot still left over and more than 50% hp. And still did a full jungle clear. You are doing something horribly wrong.
