URF garen has PLENTY of ridiculously hard counters
It's just that we can't actively counter certain cancers because it's ARURF.
Same goes for evelynn and what-not tbh.

Played against an Eve and it wasn't actually that bad. Duskblade Nocturne blows her up.

cc allows you to prevent him stacking his spins. you cant stop the active spins from running but you can prevent him from chaining another one into the current ones, which means his damage is going to drop for a moment.
after having the "pleasure" of playing against ezreal on aruf, i honestly dont want to hear another complaint about garen in that mode.
yes, hes silly but if you know what he can do and dont get caught off guard by it, there is actually worse.
